If you order before 5 PM on a weekday, your package will be shipped the same workday. Orders placed during the weekend will be shipped on Monday. Shipping is handled by PostNL, and you will automatically receive a Track & Trace code as soon as your package is on its way.

We offer free shipping on orders over €80 within the Netherlands. For orders under €80, a small shipping fee applies. Tip:If you're close to the border, visit our store in Huizen – there are no shipping costs, and you'll receive free advice from our specialists.

Yes, collection from our store in Huizen is free. At checkout, please choose "Collect in store".

You have 14 days after receipt to return your order. Email us at info@padelbrouwerij.nl and we will send you a return label. The return costs are €5.95 — we will deduct this from the amount to be refunded once your package is received by us, unused and in its original packaging.

Not sure about the size? Email, WhatsApp or call us before you order - we are happy to advise you. This way you avoid a return and the associated costs.

Please note: unfortunately, we cannot take back sealed products (such as mouthguards and grips), printed items, and used products.

All products come with a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase. If something breaks under normal circumstances, please email us at info@padelbrouwerij.nl and we will assess whether it is covered under warranty.
